Terrible service especially from that lady.

Horrible service, I asked for broccoli and was delivered some thing else meat wise. I called and a woman answered the phone yelled at me, cursed me out, and hung up on me. She said they don’t except special orders. I don’t know how broccoli is a special order?! I went to the restaurant to return the meat, she was rude, disrespectful, mocked me to her employee, and told me to shut up. This business will eventually fail. The food is overpriced anyway, but with bad customer service such as that woman it’s sad.

Delievery took forever. It took 2 hours and asked for more tips. I think five euro tip for 20€ worth of food is pretty OK in Germany. The fried rice was terrible but the noodle was barely average. After I orderd delivery couple time I stop ordering from them. Terrible customer service. After almost a year I stop ordering from them, I decided to give them a try. I tried to order over the phone and I asked I want fried noodle and what kind of meats you have. The lady said "Look for yourself OK bye!" and she hunged up on me. Of course I throw away their menu since the last time and I won't be going back.

Terrible service I was trying to order and change my address but instead of working with me they just canceled the order and hung up. Now they won't answer my calls because they have my number saved.

Absolutely horrible. We called to place our delivery order tonight and had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the rude lady who is mentioned in countless negative reviews for this restaurant. She yelled at me when I tried to ask a simple question regarding an item that is listed incorrectly on their online menu, telling me to "hurry up" (among other things). She was highly unprofessional, the worst person I have ever dealt with as a paying customer. The food took over two hours to arrive. We live under 5 miles from the restaurant - a nine minute drive. My husband called twice after I placed the order to see if the food was still coming, only to be screamed at by the same lady with whom I had spoken. Most businesses would apologize for poor service, but he was yelled at because she was frustrated. After reading all of the negative reviews regarding similar situations people have had with this place, I'm astounded that they are able to get away with treating people the way that they do. I imagine the close proximity to the military post and the fact that people feel like they don't have many delivery options in the area plays a huge part. Personally, we will never order from them again. Do yourself a favor and order take-out from Fusion Garden in Grafenwoehr. They don't deliver, but we have ordered from them for three years now and have always been treated with respect and consistency. And their food is amazing. Avoid The Chinese i(restaurant) in Graf if at all possible!!

The place is filthy. They had two dogs at the entrance who, by the way, were more welcoming than the people working there. They don't accept Credit Cards and only have a nearby ATM machine with a ridiculous exchange rate that would've turned a 40€ withdrawal into a 62€ charge if i'd gone through with the transaction. I'm only giving 1 star because it's impossible to give none.

So gave me somebody else order. So I called an told them just give them this order back to get my food I ordered . Then I was told by worker that she wasn’t bringing me my order . Told me if I want my correct order to go to another building on other side of camp to somebody I don’t know . And get my food from them . Never order from there again. Worst experience ever

The rudest people u will ever deal with. The lady was screaming at me while on the phone because we wanted an extra side dish . We would call and try to talk to her and when we tried ordering she repeatedly hung up on me . Never again . Stay away from this place .rude rude ride

It is a place that I would not return. Lack of sanitation, keeps dogs walking around the eating room. Food is is not as good if it is compared around the area

Bad costumer service

was there many times to eat inside. Good food, prices okay. One time they asked us to leave as they had no time to serve us. Seems like mainly a delivery business.

Very unfriendly staff, did not want to serve us. We wanted something to eat, but no drinks so we were almost thrown out! The store is incompetent and unhygienic. Never again!

Impossible to talk on the phone !!

Normally, they can be nice and accommodating but one of the ladies that answers the phone is terrible at customer service. She hangs up on people, she is rude, she argues and she is not accommodating. I normally ask for them to make the glass noodles, but since I like the substance of the fried noodles I ask them to make it similar to another type of noodle, they are normally quite happy to accommodate but she just yells at the customers and does nothing because she is lazy and forceful, honestly the owner should keep her in the back and away from customers period she is just a terrible person to deal with and ruins the joys of having food. Food is supposed to be a good experience which brings people and family together, I guess she missed the memo on how to treat other people. Such a disgraceful inappropriate display of how they think they can abuse their customer if there aren’t a lot of places open. Disgusting behaviour for a person who interacts with other people on a daily basis.

Today is my first time order from this place, an order was missing from the delivery order that I placed over the phone and I called them back to let them know that I did not get one of the food which I paid for. The woman argued with me on the phone side I got my order which I didn’t. She was rude and keep arguing with me, yelled on the phone then hung up on me. Keep that 11 euros and the tip I gave to the driver. The rest of the food that I got taste bland anyway, I will never order from this place ever again. Wish I can give them the negative star, the worst customer service on the planet. Other people work hard for their money too not just you. No respect what so ever, your business would die long ago if it wasn’t because of soldiers’ money

I tend to find that they stop taking orders an hour or two before they're supposed to close. I also notice that their food has SIGNIFICANTLY gone down in quality.

Terrible service if I could give 0 stars I would. She was so rude and wouldn’t let me finish my order. She would cut me off and tell me 18 Euro to deliver but I never finished ordering. Then she hung up on me. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

TERRIBLE! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The customer service was bad. The lady told us to seat ourselves, so we did. Then she asked us to change tables, not a big deal. I grabbed a highchair, which I had to clean off because it was dirty, for my son. We ordered our food and waited, which wasn't too long. The crab ragoon had no crab in it 🤔. It was just the wrapper stuffed with cream cheese. The wontons didn't look like wontons and have no idea what they actually were. The lady slammed my wife's plate down in front of her as my wife was trying to make room for the plate on the table. The food was super greasy and frankly, was not good. I'm not one to complain about food, but this was bad. In the end, our food was 60€ which is absolutely outrageous for what we ordered. Drinks are about 4€ per drink to include a baby drink which isn't even half the drink. They include a 2€ tip on the bill which they state is mandatory to pay. I've eaten at a lot of Chinese places and this by far is on the top of my list as the worst.

Just wow,over and hour waiting for delivery,so I called to simply ask if the food was coming and in return I’m met with a horrible attitude and literally yelled at to “just wait,it’s coming”. The food hopefully tastes better than the service. Wtf

The food there is not so good they are rude there. I called in my order they were missing stuff I realized my order wrong when I got home I went back super respectful all the lady did was argue with me this place sucks don't go here we don't got to support these kinds of business they make a living off of us Americans please don't support

By far the worst restaurant I have ever been to. Customer service is really bad. They are very rude to their customers. They yell and hang up on people ordering food for delivery. I had to wait for her to bring me my food for an hour to be exact It’s ridiculous. Especially the woman she’s a very rude person. Food is very greasy and rice was very stale. If you are new here save you the trip from going there it’s not worth it. There are other Chinese restaurants with better customer service and flavorful food.

Ordered food from them twice. Once was the sweet and sour chicken with friend rice, and the next time was Mongolian Beef with Lo mein. The Chicken was very bad. It was almost like someone had tried to make schnitzel out of chicken. It was really bad. It was very soggy. The fried rice was also gross. It was dark dark brown with grease with no flavor or vegetables in it. I figured it was a bad night, so a couple days later I ordered Mongolian beef with lo mein. Once again, the food was so greasy I couldnt even stomach it. Secondly, the lo mein was exactly like the rice. It was dark brown (almost black) and had no flavor besides grease. The beef was almost like mush, dissolved in so much grease. Wouldnt eat again.
